A handsome Victorian mahogany chest of drawers in the traditional 2 over 3 configuration, standing on its original bun feet. Beautiful patina and colour throughout, with original turned handles and smooth‑running drawers.

Sympathetically restored while retaining all the character expected from a quality period piece. The mahogany was stripped previously, giving the chest a wonderfully rustic look and tactile feel — a warm, honest example of Victorian craftsmanship.

Condition: In good solid condition. Slight historic bow to the sides which has been stabilised. Patina to the surface wood commensurate with age. Light marks to top. Freshly waxed and polished throughout.
