A rare and beautifully matched set of six antique English Windsor Lathback kitchen chairs, each one full of authentic farmhouse character and the rich patina that only true age can produce. Sets of six in this form are increasingly hard to source, especially in such consistent, honest condition.

These classic Windsor Lathback (or slat‑back) chairs feature the distinctive gently curved top rail supported by vertical wooden laths rather than the more common turned spindles. The result is a clean, architectural silhouette with a wonderfully traditional country feel.

All six chairs are in good, solid condition, with tight joints and no movement. The seats show beautiful wear, colour and grain, and the frames carry the warm, mellow tones of well‑loved English elm and beech. Each chair has been checked, cleaned, and waxed, making them ready for everyday use.
